The five-bedroom house at 1108 Pine Island Ct, built in 1996 on a .66-acre homesite with golf course and mountain views, changed hands August 31 and led five reported sales that combined for $21.58 million across the metro.

The week’s home sales span Tournament Hills, Southern Highlands, Mission Hills, Eagle Hills and Summerlin North, and they range from a custom house completed in 2025 in Henderson to established custom properties dating to the mid-1990s. Two of the closings involved homes that found their buyers within a month of listing.
