The estate at 3 Heavens Edge Court sold for $17,250,000, the highest reported home sale price in the Las Vegas metro area for the week. Completed in 2022 inside Ascaya, the guard-gated Henderson community, the single-story residence holds six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a reported 9,588 square feet. The sale closed on August 14, 2026.
