A newly built estate in the gated Serrano community of El Dorado Hills sold for $3.50 million, the highest-priced home sale reported in the Sacramento metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026.

Completed in 2024, the five-bedroom residence on Raphael Drive spans a reported 6,759 square feet and includes an attached casita with its own private entrance. Its September 2 closing led a week in which the five highest-priced reported sales across the metro combined for $14.35 million.

The week’s sales span El Dorado Hills, Sierra Oaks, Wexford, Sunnyside-Tahoe City and Granite Bay, with build years running from 1939 to 2024. Granite Bay accounted for two of the week’s closings.
