No. 1 — $9,500,000 · 56 Oliver Drive, East Dennis, Massachusetts
The Sesuit Neck property closed on August 28, 2026 for $9,500,000, the top-ranked reported sale in the metro area that week. The record lists a 1920 residence of a reported 2,166 square feet with four bedrooms and four baths, set on 4.87 acres of Cape Cod Bay beachfront.
The acreage, rather than the floor plan, accounts for most of what sold.
