No. 1 — $8,600,000 · 4601 Gulf Shore Blvd N #3, Naples, Florida

A full-floor residence at the Enclave at Park Shore sold for $8,600,000 and closed on August 13, 2026, the highest reported price in the Naples metro area for the week. The four-bedroom home on Gulf Shore Boulevard North carries five bathrooms and a reported 6,800 square feet, and it dates to 1991.
Known as Estate 3, the residence occupies an entire floor and is reached through a private elevator foyer that opens to an entry gallery. A 2023 renovation expanded the floor plan with mahogany wood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and open rooms turned toward the Gulf. The primary bath was rebuilt in white with a glass-walled shower and a soaking tub facing the beach, the kitchen was designed by Chicago kitchen designer Mick De Giulio, and a private air-conditioned two-car garage serves the residence.
The Enclave holds 28 residences behind a gate on the beach and is in the final stage of a three-year rebuilding of its shared spaces, with interiors by FDM Designs of Ontario. That work has added a fitness center overlooking the Gulf, glass-walled saunas and steam rooms, a resort-scale pool with a spa and dining pavilion, and tennis and pickleball facilities, with a new lobby under a glass pyramid roof still to come. A full-time staff of seven provides round-the-clock security.
