No. 1 — $2,725,000 · 97 Valley Farm Road, Millbrook, New York

The house at 97 Valley Farm Road stands on nearly 20 acres just outside the Village of Millbrook, with sweeping Catskill Mountain views. It changed hands on August 11, 2026 for $2,725,000, the highest reported price in the metro area for the week. Built in 1965 and carrying a reported 4,134 square feet, the three-bedroom, five-bath house was rebuilt inside and out and was marketed as new and not previously lived in.
