A ranch on the Lake Milton waterfront took the week’s highest reported price. The house at 2252 Heston Dr sold on August 14, 2026 for $1.15 million. Built in 1955 in the Heston Point View neighborhood, it is laid out for single-floor living across a reported 3,413 square feet, with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a full basement that holds an additional bath.
