The five sales span Dunnellon, Reddick, Whisper Crest and Finish Line, and every one of them is an acreage property in Ocala’s horse country. Build years on the group run from 1973 to 2024.
No. 1 — $1,580,000 · 7970 SW 140th Avenue #Option 1, Dunnellon, Florida
An equestrian farm of about 50 acres on 140th Avenue outside Dunnellon took the week’s highest reported price at $1.58 million. The farm sits on a high hill, fenced around its perimeter and divided into a dozen paddocks, and it was equipped for both horses and cattle. The World Equestrian Center is about nine miles away. The sale closed on August 12, 2026.
The center-aisle barn is concrete block, with seven matted stalls, each with its own fan, lighting and rear access door. An efficiency apartment built into that barn supplies the property’s quarters, with a full bath, a storage room and a mechanical room; the sale record lists one bedroom, one bath and a reported 250 square feet.
