Port St. Lucie, Florida Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Newly Built High Point House Tops the Week at $2.2 Million

A custom house completed this year on Middle Road, in the High Point neighborhood of Stuart, sold for $2.2 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Port St. Lucie, Florida metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The five leading sales RealtyWire tracked across the metro area that week combined for $8.72 million.

The closings were recorded in Stuart, Hobe Sound and Palm City, with Stuart holding the leading sale and two others. Water runs through the list: a Hobe Sound house on a 100-foot-wide canal with two boat lifts, a Palm City home in the Lighthouse Point community with a new 20,000-pound boat lift, and a Stuart property in Lost River Plantation with a private dock and marina access. Build years span 1973 to 2026, from a canal-front house of the early 1970s to new construction finished this year, and all five sales were recorded between August 10 and August 14, 2026.

The house at 11 Middle Road sold for $2,200,000, and the sale closed on August 12, 2026. It reached the market early in construction, so the buyer could take part in the final selections and finishes.
