The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $7.20 million and span Signal Mountain, Black Creek Chattanooga, Soddy Daisy, Flipper Bend and Lookout Highlands. Signal Mountain accounts for two of the week’s closings, and the list reaches across the state line to Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
Build years run from 2016 to 2026. Newly completed houses took the No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5 positions, while a 2016 golf-course home in Black Creek Chattanooga and a 2017 house on more than seven acres on Mowbray Mountain filled the middle of the list.
No. 1 — $1,665,000 · 4534 Shackleford Ridge Rd #3, Signal Mountain, Tennessee

A custom house finished in 2026 at 4534 Shackleford Ridge Rd #3 sold for $1,665,000 on August 12, 2026, the highest reported home sale price in the Chattanooga, Tennessee metro area that week. The Signal Mountain property is recorded at four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a reported 3,730 square feet on a 0.83-acre wooded homesite.
