A newly built estate at 10007 Allen Dr, behind the gates of The Reserve at The Oaks in Dublin, sold for $3.90 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Columbus, Ohio metro area for the week of August 10 through August 16, 2026.

The five leading sales RealtyWire tracked in the metro area that week combined for $11.37 million and span The Reserve at The Oaks in Dublin, New Albany, Delaware and Logan, with two closings landing in Delaware. Acreage runs through the ranking: a 25-acre estate in Delaware County, a 96-acre farm in Hocking County and a custom house on 6.72 acres, alongside a country club lot in New Albany.

The houses behind the five sales were built in 1969, 1992, 1999, 2021 and 2025.
