These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Sheboygan-Manitowoc Lakeshore, Wisconsin for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $3.04 million. All five are in Sheboygan County, each in a different community, and the list runs from a Colonial built in 2019 to a condominium dating from 1974.
Land is a theme of the week. The top two homes sit on acreage, while the others offer a finished lower level built for entertaining or, in one case, a place on the water. Pleasant View Realty, LLC listed three of the five.
No. 1 — $780,000 · N4233 Glacier Road, Linden, Wisconsin
The top sale of the week is also its newest home. Built in 2019, the two-story Colonial on Glacier Road in Linden stands on 22.08 acres where horses are allowed, and it sold for $780,000. A large covered porch wraps around the home and looks out over views to the south, and a garden shed sits on the property.
Inside are 2,352 square feet, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Five bedrooms is the most of any home in this Top 5. One bedroom is on the main level, along with a flex room and a laundry and mudroom fitted with a sink and cabinets.
