No. 1 — $3,895,000 · 15215 NW Fair Acres Dr, Vancouver, Washington

Top home sale No. 1 in Vancouver-Clark County, Washington β€” 15215 NW Fair Acres Dr, Vancouver, Washington, week ending November 1, 2026

The most expensive sale of the week was a gated Craftsman estate on 2.50 acres in Fair Acres, which sold for $3,895,000, its full asking price. Built in 2006, the two-story home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 6,734 square feet, the most living area of any home in this Top 5.

The grounds were laid out for entertaining. A pool with a Baja shelf and a spa sits among covered outdoor living areas, an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit, and a pool house adds its own kitchenette, bath and laundry. A detached shop goes well beyond storage: it has RV parking with hookups, an indoor sports court, a media room, a gym, a kitchenette and a guest suite.

Inside, the remodeled home has vaulted ceilings, solid hickory floors and custom millwork. The kitchen is fitted with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and backed by a butler’s pantry. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the primary suite adds a sitting area, a fireplace, a soaking tub, two water closets and a door to the patio. The finished four-car garage is heated and air-conditioned, with epoxy floors, EV charging and a bonus room upstairs. The property last sold for $1.495 million in 2017.

Jonathan Romano and David Sobolik of Knipe Realty ERA Powered were the listing agents. Emory Storedahl of Key Results Real Estate represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $2,850,000 · 15723 NW 14th Ave, Vancouver, Washington

Top home sale No. 2 in Vancouver-Clark County, Washington β€” 15723 NW 14th Ave, Vancouver, Washington, week ending November 1, 2026

Built for the 2026 Parade of Homes at Emerald Grove in Vancouver, the European-inspired cottage known as “The Copper Hearth” sold for $2,850,000, matching its asking price. The new two-story home sits on a 0.37-acre corner lot and has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, the most in this group, and 4,484 square feet.

Much of its character comes from salvaged materials. Hand-hewn beams reclaimed from the 1700s run across the vaulted ceilings, and a wine display sits behind an old European door dating to the 1800s. Walls are hand-troweled, and the finishes include natural stone and marble. A custom bookshelf opens onto a hidden office in the manner of a speakeasy. Cobble pavers lead from the driveway to the front entry, and copper turns up in the lighting, the gutters and the chimney shrouds.

The kitchen has Wolf and Subzero appliances, a walk-in pantry and a scullery with a pass-through window to the outdoor bar. Each of the four bedrooms is a suite with a walk-in closet, and the primary suite opens through a multi-slide door to the grounds. There is also a fitness room, a recreation room and a sauna. Out back are a saltwater pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace and a covered area warmed by infrared heaters.

Nathan Cano of Cano Real Estate LLC was the listing agent, and Alyssa Curran of Compass represented the buyer.

Top home sale No. 3 in Vancouver-Clark County, Washington β€” 540 N Y St, Washougal, Washington, week ending November 1, 2026

In Washougal, a new three-story Northwest contemporary in the Bluffs At Granite Highlands community sold for $1,750,249. The design is oriented to the view. The home looks out over the Columbia River toward Mount Hood, and large windows frame that view from the primary suite. A two-story foyer opens to a two-story great room. Off the main level, a covered deck with glass railing has an outdoor fireplace wrapped in stone, and a second covered deck sits on the lower level. A daylight lower level also includes a wet bar, and the home has a private office.

A working homestead on 5.09 acres in Ridgefield sold for $1,175,000. The single-story ranch, built in 2012, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,752 square feet, and a breezeway links it to a second residence with one bedroom and one bath.

Top home sale No. 5 in Vancouver-Clark County, Washington β€” 36206 NE Lewisville Hwy, Yacolt, Washington, week ending November 1, 2026

On 7.50 wooded acres in Yacolt, a three-level daylight ranch built in 1996 sold for $1,000,000, its full asking price. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 5,234 square feet.

The lower level is a complete second home, reached only from outside, with its own full kitchen and laundry, which makes the layout well suited to extended family or long-term guests.
