These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Sioux Falls & Sioux Empire, South Dakota for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for a combined $3.29 million. Prices ran from $560,000 to $860,000.
Three of the sales were in Sioux Falls, split between Minnehaha and Lincoln counties, with one more in Harrisburg and one outside Chester. The group spans three decades of building, from a home finished in 1995 to one completed in 2025, and it moves from city cul-de-sacs and a golf course setting out to open country.
No. 1 — $860,000 · 1909 S Copper Crest Trl, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

The week’s top sale is a custom walkout ranch on South Copper Crest Trail, on the east side of Sioux Falls, that sold for $860,000. What sets it apart is the open ground behind it. A screened porch at the back overlooks a city greenway, and the yard also has a paver patio with a fire pit area.
The home was built in 2011 and has a stucco front, with seven-inch trim around its large windows, doors and transoms. Stone and hardboard also appear on the exterior. Perennials, ornamental grasses, hostas and hydrangeas fill the professionally landscaped beds.
Inside, engineered hardwood covers the main level, and Pella windows with built-in interior blinds let in plenty of natural light. The living room has 12-foot ceilings, an electric fireplace, cabinets and a TV display. The kitchen was updated in 2020 with a new island, quartz counters and a new cooktop and hood. It has Bosch and GE Profile appliances, and a hidden walk-in pantry includes a coffee station. In the primary suite are double sinks, heated floors, a tiled walk-in shower, an Aquatic Air tub and a walk-in closet.
A 2023 remodel redid the lower level with new engineered hardwood, paint and lighting. Its wet bar was rebuilt with new counters, tiled walls and a new sink, along with a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. A gas fireplace warms the family room. In all, the home has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath across 3,517 square feet on a 0.28-acre lot. The heated garage fits four cars, the fourth stall in tandem, and it has a floor drain and both hot and cold water. The home is heated and cooled by a geothermal system, is served by Brandon Valley schools and has no homeowners association. The property last sold for $85,000 in 2011.
