These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Poconos, Pennsylvania for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for $5.31 million. The sales were spread across four counties, from Wayne and Pike in the north to Monroe and Carbon farther south, and each was in a different town.
The group mixes two older lakefront homes with three built in 2026: a log-sided cabin with its own indoor pool, a seven-bedroom home in a lake community and a Colonial on more than an acre and a half of open land.
No. 1 — $1,450,000 · 134 N Lake Loop, Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania

The oldest home in this Top 5 is also the most expensive. Built in 1966 as a chalet in the Lakeland Colony North community of Lake Ariel, in Wayne County, it sits on the water with about 77 feet of southwest-facing Wallenpaupack lakefront, and it sold for $1,450,000.
Inside, the living room rises two stories under a cathedral ceiling, with a stone fireplace and a stained-glass panel measuring four by six feet that brings color into the room. Heavy beams frame an open loft above, and tongue-and-groove pine wraps the walls. The kitchen is built around a large center island with a wine rack, maple wood countertops and a copper farmhouse sink.
The primary bedroom opens through double French doors onto a private covered deck, and its bath has a freestanding tub, a travertine shower and heated travertine floors. Outside, a wraparound porch joins the other decks, and there is a hot tub and a shed on the wooded lot. The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,484 square feet of living space on three levels, a finished walk-out basement and a two-car garage, all on a lot of 10,018 square feet.
