The five highest-priced home sales reported in Baltimore City, Maryland for the week ending November 1, 2026 came to a combined $5.06 million. The list moves from Roland Park and the Cedarcroft Historic District in the north of the city down to the Fells Point Historic District, Butchers Hill and the Harborview waterfront.
Three of the five are single-family homes and two are townhouses, and together they span more than a century of Baltimore building, from Victorian rowhouse blocks to a waterfront community built in the 2000s.
No. 1 — $1,450,000 · 501 Woodlawn Rd, Baltimore, Maryland

The week’s top sale was 501 Woodlawn Road in Roland Park, a Tudor-style home that sold for $1,450,000. It was built in 1897 to plans by the architect William Lightfoot Price and sits on a 0.48-acre corner lot. On the main level, the formal living room and the formal dining room each have a wood-burning fireplace, and a den is fitted with custom built-ins. The renovated kitchen has two sinks and a six-burner gas range, and it sits beside a breakfast room enclosed in glass.
