No. 1 — $1,385,000 · 622 Laurel Run, The Villages, Florida

Top home sale No. 1 in The Villages, Florida β€” 622 Laurel Run, The Villages, Florida, week ending November 1, 2026

The top sale of the week was a custom St. Charles Premier model in the Village of Bridgeport at Laurel Valley, which sold for $1,385,000. The neighborhood is a small enclave of 53 homes with a single entrance, near Lake Sumter Landing and County Road 466.

With 3,887 square feet, it is the largest home in this Top 5, and it has the most bedrooms and bathrooms of the five: four bedrooms and three baths. It also sits on the largest lot, at 0.29 acres. Palms and tiered hardscaping frame the block-and-stucco exterior, and a covered front porch with white columns leads to a black front door set with leaded glass.

Inside, the home has 12-foot ceilings, crown molding and tile laid on the diagonal, with octagonal tray ceilings over both the living room and the dining room. The kitchen has wood cabinetry, quartz counters, a large island, a raised breakfast bar and double wall ovens. Past the breakfast nook is a west-facing gathering room of 38 by 22 feet, with a gas fireplace finished in cut coral, a wet bar and three sliding glass doors.

Those doors open to the pool area, where a full-height mansard birdcage covers a travertine deck, a 25-foot heated pool and a separate built-in spa. Three waterfalls spill from a tiled wall, and palms, ferns and tall hedges give the space its privacy. There are two fire pits, one by the pool and one by the spa.

The primary suite has a vaulted ceiling, two closets and French doors to the gathering room, and its bath has a dual-sink quartz vanity and a tiled Roman shower. The fourth bedroom has its own bath with a walk-in shower, along with a walk-in closet and French doors of its own. The property last sold for $483,000 in 2013, the year the home was built.

Lynn Bartlett of RE/MAX PREMIER REALTY LADY LK was the listing agent for the week’s top sale, and Sunny Parsons of REALTY EXECUTIVES IN THE VILLAGES represented the buyer.
