The five highest-priced home sales reported in Coachella Valley, California for the week ending November 1, 2026, added up to $17.54 million. La Quinta accounted for two of them, and Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert had one each.
The list takes in fairway homes in La Quinta and Palm Springs, a Mid-Century Modern design in Rancho Mirage and a Palm Desert home close to the shops of El Paseo, with mountain views and backyard pools appearing again and again.
No. 1 — $9,050,000 · 52977 Via Dona, La Quinta, California

The week’s top sale, at $9,050,000, was a custom estate in the Hideaway Golf Club in La Quinta, set on the 13th green of the club’s Clive Clark course. The home was built in 2016 on a 0.56-acre lot, and it is both the newest and the largest of the five, with 8,094 square feet of living space on two stories.
Visitors arrive through a gated courtyard with a fountain, and a sweeping staircase rises from the foyer. The great room has a gas fireplace on a raised hearth and a wet bar, and there is also a formal dining room. The kitchen has marble slab counters, custom cabinetry and a large butler’s pantry, and the home also has a wine cellar and a family and media room.
