The 3,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half, on three stories. Ceilings are high, floors are wood, stone and carpet, and there is an attached two-car garage. The home can be used as it is, and the listing says the site has 6,970 square feet of verified TRPA coverage for an owner who wants to build a new residence.
