These are the highest-priced home sales reported in El Dorado Foothills, California for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $8.32 million. Four of the five are in El Dorado Hills, spread across Serrano Village, Serrano Country Club, Blackstone and Sterlingshire, while the fifth is a newly built home on more than two acres in Rescue. The group runs from a remodeled Spanish-style home with a theater loft to a Mediterranean contemporary on an oak-shaded lot, and most of them put as much care into the backyard as into the rooms inside.
No. 1 — $2,175,000 · 100 Barber Ct, El Dorado Hills, California

The top sale of the week was 100 Barber Court in Serrano Village, which sold for $2,175,000. Built in 2017 on a cul-de-sac, the home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,420 square feet, the most living space of any home in this group, on a lot of 0.69 acres.
Real wood plank floors run through the main rooms, and every one of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. A theater room doubles as a flex space. The butler’s pantry is a working room of its own, with a sink, a baking nook, plenty of counter space and a large walk-in pantry beside it. The kitchen and family room open directly to a covered outdoor living area with a built-in barbecue, and a courtyard nearby has a fireplace and a waterfall.
The grounds are the larger story. Walking paths wind under mature oaks past a pond, a small bridge and a second waterfall. A detached studio, finished to match the main home and heated and cooled by its own mini-split system, can serve as an office, gym or playroom. The home also has owned solar with battery backup, central vacuum, an electric vehicle charger, a workshop area in the three-car garage, and a long driveway with room for a boat or RV. The property last sold for $1.35 million in 2017.
The home went under contract three days after it was listed. Darcie Stratton and Taffy Maurer of eXp Realty of California Inc. were the listing agents, and Jeff Trexler of Redfin Corporation represented the buyer in the week’s top sale.

The home is part of Oakhaven, a gated enclave of 29 homes on lots of one to two acres in the foothills of El Dorado County, minutes from El Dorado Hills and Folsom.
