No. 1 — $3,275,000 · 1212 Gardendale Rd, Fort Mill, South Carolina

The week’s top sale was a cottage-style farmhouse in Briar Farm in Fort Mill, which sold for $3,275,000. Built in 2023, the two-story home is finished in stone and wood and sits on 1.28 acres, with a circular driveway and a three-car garage.

A detached barn adds a finished room on its upper level that could work as a media room, a home office, a fitness studio or a place for a golf simulator.
