These were the highest-priced home sales reported in Birmingham-Bloomfield & West Bloomfield, Michigan for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $16.75 million. Three of the five homes are in Birmingham and two are in Bloomfield Hills, all of them in Oakland County.
Newly built homes set the tone. Three of the five, including the top two, were built in 2025, while the oldest dates only to 2013. Four are single-family homes; the fifth is a townhouse rising three stories with its own elevator.
No. 1 — $6,100,000 · 788 Harmon St, Birmingham, Michigan

The week’s top sale was a stone Colonial on a corner lot at 788 Harmon Street in Birmingham, a short walk from downtown. It sold for $6.1 million. LaMarco Homes built it in 2025, and the home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms (four full and one half) and 5,845 square feet on a 10,454-square-foot lot, with an elevator running between its levels.
The finish work starts at the door. The foyer is paneled in wood, with herringbone hardwood underfoot and a floating staircase. The kitchen sits at the center of the plan, with honed marble counters, custom cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a butler’s prep area, and it opens straight into a living room with exposed wood beams, a limestone fireplace and a wet bar with wine refrigeration. Sliding doors lead from the living room to a heated loggia that can be closed in with an insulated enclosure and an electric screen, so it works in every season. Outside are an outdoor fireplace, a built-in Wolf barbecue and a plunge pool.
A den at the front of the home has custom built-ins and a second wet bar and opens to the front porch. Three bedroom suites and a loft are upstairs, and the primary suite has a vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath with a freestanding soaking tub. The finished lower level adds the fourth bedroom, a media area and a gym. Radiant floor heating, a heated driveway, a whole-home generator and a heated, detached two-car garage round out the property.
Dan A Gutfreund of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty Bham was the listing agent, and Cory Richards of @properties Christie’s Int’l R.E. Birmingham represented the buyer. Gutfreund also listed the No. 2 home, making the brokerage the listing side of the week’s two highest-priced sales.
