Three Portland neighborhoods, a stretch of rural Columbia County and the Orient area of Gresham produced the highest-priced home sales reported in the Portland Metro Area, Oregon and Washington for the week ending October 25, 2026. The five sales came to a combined $8.022 million.
The group ranges widely in scale and era: a city lot of about an eighth of an acre at one end, acreage with barns and a working shop at the other, and homes built over nearly eight decades in between. All five are single-family homes, and none is new construction.
