No. 1 — $1,990,000 · 13620 NW Eberly Rd, Banks, Oregon

Top home sale No. 1 in Portland Westside and Wine Country, Oregon β€” 13620 NW Eberly Rd, Banks, Oregon, week ending October 25, 2026

A lake of roughly 14 acres sits at the center of 13620 NW Eberly Road in Banks, a 101.70-acre property in the foothills about 20 minutes from Hillsboro. Two creeks and underground springs feed the lake, which holds water all year. It reaches depths of about 25 feet, is stocked with bass and bluegill, and has a private island.

Ski boats were in mind when the lake was laid out, and it has been the site of ski competitions. A private ski club once ran out of the clubhouse, and the shoreline also has docks, a boat house, judging stands and a fueling station. Away from the water, the land mixes forest with open ground that can be used for crops or pasture. There is also a greenhouse, along with storage for an RV or boat.

The single-story home, built in 1974, overlooks the lake and has views of the woods. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,644 square feet, the smallest living area among the five homes, on the largest piece of land in this group. It has wood siding, a wood-burning fireplace, a patio, a partial unfinished basement and an attached two-car garage. The property sold for $1,990,000.

Amy Pendley of Agri-Business Real Estate Services was the listing agent, and Todd Crawford of John L. Scott represented the buyer. The property went under contract 20 days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price, the top sale of the week.
