The five highest-priced home sales reported in St. Cloud Area, Minnesota for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $2.2 million. All five are single-family homes. Four are in Stearns County, in Sartell, Saint Joseph and Cold Spring, while the top sale was in Sauk Rapids, in Benton County.
No. 1 — $520,000 · 1150 Oakcrest Dr, Sauk Rapids, Minnesota
The top sale of the week was a 2004 walkout rambler at 1150 Oakcrest Drive in Sauk Rapids, which sold for $520,000. The home backs to a wetland, and the property adjoins public land. Brick and steel siding cover the exterior, and there is a porch at the front.
The main level is laid out for one-floor living, with nine-foot ceilings. In the living room, custom oak built-ins flank a gas fireplace beneath a tray ceiling. Two of the week’s sales came from Oak Ridge Crossing The First in Sartell, and the larger of them ranked second. The home at 2404 10th Avenue North is new construction, built in 2026, with four bedrooms, three baths and 2,683 square feet. It has a finished basement, a fireplace and a deck, along with an attached three-car garage, on a lot of 10,846 square feet, the smallest of the five.
The home went under contract the day it was listed and sold for $477,704, which was $52,844 above its asking price of $424,860.
