The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Surprise-Sun Cities Area, Arizona for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $3.14 million. Four of the homes are in Surprise and one is in Wittmann, all in Maricopa County, and every one of them was built in 2020 or later, three of them in 2026. Only one has a second story; the rest are single-level homes, from a resort-style golf property to a ranch home on more than an acre of open desert.
No. 1 — $692,000 · 14350 W Boca Raton Road, Surprise, Arizona

The week’s top sale came from W Ranch, a gated community in Surprise, where a one-story Spanish-style home on a cul-de-sac sold for $692,000. Built in 2021, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,391 square feet on an 8,575-square-foot lot, and it sold furnished.
The home has garage capacity for seven vehicles, the most of the five homes. Its RV garage is climate controlled with a dedicated mini-split system and has 50-amp power, a water tap and a dump station, along with a workbench and large built-in cabinets.
Inside, the open floor plan has tile and carpet floors and flat ceilings of nine feet or more. The kitchen centers on a waterfall island that the listing says is quartzite set with ruby gemstones, with a farmhouse sink, GE Cafe Series appliances and a large pantry nearby. A split layout puts the primary suite, with its walk-in closet and step-in shower, apart from the other bedrooms. Plantation shutters cover the windows, and a 36-panel solar system helps power the home.
The backyard was redesigned and rebuilt with an extended paver patio and a powered gazebo over a natural gas fire pit. A hand-cut stone waterfall, synthetic turf, palms and white rock fill out the yard. Highway 303 is nearby. The property last sold in 2023 for $655,900.
James Ferris of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties was the listing agent, and Sheli Stoddart of M.A.Z. Realty Professionals represented the buyer in the week’s highest-priced sale.
