Tempe-Chandler-Gilbert Area, Arizona Top 5 Home Sales: Las Estadas Home in Tempe Leads at $2.1 Million

Three Gilbert homes joined one each from Tempe and Chandler on a list of single-level homes built for life outdoors, with pools, sport courts and lawns behind them.

Tempe-Chandler-Gilbert Area, Arizona Top 5 Home Sales: Las Estadas Home in Tempe Leads at $2.1 Million

These were the highest-priced home sales reported in the Tempe-Chandler-Gilbert Area, Arizona for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $8.885 million. Every one of the five is a single-story home, and most sit in gated communities on lots measured in fractions of an acre rather than square feet. They range from a custom home built in 1996 to one finished in 2017, and the backyards get as much attention as the kitchens.

No. 1 — $2,125,000 · 1101 E Warner Road #124, Tempe, Arizona

Top home sale No. 1 in Tempe-Chandler-Gilbert Area, Arizona β€” 1101 E Warner Road #124, Tempe, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

The week’s top sale was a custom home in Las Estadas, a gated community of 48 homes in Tempe, which sold for $2,125,000. Built in 1996, it is the oldest home in this group, and at 6,432 square feet it is also the largest, with eight bedrooms and five bathrooms on a 0.52-acre lot on a cul-de-sac.

The finishes set the tone from the entry: 8-foot doors, travertine floors, crown molding, custom millwork and plantation shutters. The kitchen is built around a large island with a prep sink, with granite counters, double ovens and a built-in refrigerator, and it connects to the outdoor living areas. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the primary suite, where a wood-burning fireplace warms a sitting area. Some of the secondary bedrooms have their own baths, and others share Jack and Jill baths finished with marble.

Downstairs, a finished basement has two bedrooms, a full bath, a family room and a kitchenette with a wet bar, plus its own door to the backyard. Outside, a covered patio wraps around the home and looks out over a fenced diving pool, retiled, and a lawn of turf. The garage takes four cars, with extra length and a side entry, and the community has a pedestrian gate leading to schools. The property last sold for $1.75 million in 2021.

The home went under contract eight days after it was listed. Mary Murphy of eXp Realty was the listing agent, and Bobbee Kornhoff of OMNI Homes International represented the buyer in the top sale of the week.
