Four of the homes are in Edina, in the Country Club, White Oaks, Prospect Knolls and Gleason Court neighborhoods, and one is in Bloomington’s Dixons Oakmere neighborhood.
All five are single-family homes in Hennepin County, and none is new construction. They were built over nearly five decades, between 1941 and 1987, and three of the five are two-story homes.
No. 1 — $2,347,500 · 4600 Moorland Ave, Edina, Minnesota
The week’s top sale was a 1951 home at 4600 Moorland Avenue in Edina’s Country Club neighborhood, which sold for $2,347,500. The two-story home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 4,834 square feet of living space on a 0.26-acre lot. It has three fireplaces, including ones in the living room and the family room, along with a full basement with finished space, a patio and an attached three-car garage. The property last sold for $920,000 in 2002.
