The week’s top sale was a new estate by Kootenia Homes in the Elliott Crossing community of Grant Township, and it sold for $2,525,000. The home sits on 7.86 heavily wooded acres surrounded by mature tree lines and preserved wetlands. Completed in 2026, it is the largest of the five by living area, with 6,531 square feet on two stories above a daylight lower level.
Its most unusual space is on that lower level: a two-story indoor sport court for play in any season. The kitchen’s walk-in scullery, which has double ovens, has a window that looks down into the court, and the exercise room looks into it as well. The same level adds a theater with a 100-inch screen, a lounge built around a wet bar and a fifth bedroom suite.
The main level is open, with 10-foot ceilings and tall Andersen windows framing views of the land. The kitchen has SKS appliances, a 42-inch range and an oversized island, and the living room has a gas fireplace. A vaulted four-season porch with a second gas fireplace leads to a deck. Upstairs, the primary suite has its own sitting room, a freestanding soaking tub and a custom walk-in closet, and three more bedrooms each have a private bath. In all the home has five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and a five-car attached garage. It is finished in James Hardie fiber-cement siding, lies within the Stillwater School District and is close to Indian Hills Golf Course and downtown Stillwater.
