The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Hilton Head-Bluffton area for the week ending October 11, 2026, added up to $10.499 million. Two of the homes are on Hilton Head Island, two are in Okatie and one is on Fripp Island, and all five are single-family homes in Beaufort County.
Water and green space run through the group: a harbor and the Intracoastal Waterway, a tidal marsh, a lagoon, woods and a golf course. Two of the five are new construction completed this year, and the oldest home on the list dates only to 2008.
No. 1 — $3,000,000 · 54 Sparwheel Lane, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

The top sale of the week is a newly built home at 54 Sparwheel Lane in Windmill Harbor on Hilton Head Island, and it sold for $3,000,000. The community is organized around a 15.5-acre marina with a lock that controls the water level and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the home looks out over the harbor toward the waterway beyond.
With 5,200 square feet of living space, it is the largest home in this week’s group, built on the smallest lot, a corner parcel of 4,508 square feet. The stucco home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, five full and one half, and an elevator with four stops connects its levels. White oak planks about seven inches wide cover the floors of the main living spaces, where a fireplace and tall windows face the water.
The kitchen pairs custom inset cabinetry with paneled appliances built into the millwork, and beside it sit a wet bar and a scullery with a wine tower. There is also a private office, and a bonus room with a second wet bar and a beverage center. The primary suite is on the upper level, and its bathroom has a wet room finished in Italian marble from floor to ceiling. Marble also covers the bathroom floors throughout and the floors of three patios that face the marina, and a second fireplace is set outdoors.
The garage holds three cars, with a separate garage for a golf cart. Windmill Harbor residents share a community pool, tennis courts and a fitness center, and the South Carolina Yacht Club is nearby. The property last sold for $425,000 in 2025, before the current home was built.
