These were the highest-priced home sales reported in the Lancaster metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026. The five sold for between $890,000 and $649,900, a combined $3.58 million, and the bottom three finished within $10,000 of one another.
Two of the sales were condominiums and three were single-family homes, spread across Lancaster, Lititz, Mount Joy and Quarryville. Two were in Lancaster itself. The newest of the five was built in 2019, and the oldest dates to 1950.
No. 1 — $890,000 · 101 N Queen St #Penthouse 407, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The week’s top sale was a penthouse sold without finished interiors. Penthouse 407 at 101 North Queen Street, in Lancaster’s Central Business District, sold for $890,000 with its interior completed only to the white box stage, meaning drywall is in place and the rest is left to the new owner. Owners of these units finish them to their own designs, working with the project’s preferred custom builder, Ebersole Builders.
The unit is part of the Point, a group of 15 condominiums on the top floor of the building, two of them two-story penthouses. This is one of the two: a contemporary design built in 2019, with four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, and 4,030 square feet over two levels. The residences have large windows and open floor plans, and this one has a terrace and views over the Lancaster skyline.
Owners park in secured, dedicated ground-floor spaces for two cars, with a private elevator for condo owners and a storage unit off the garage for each home. Restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are within walking distance.
Anne M Lusk of Lusk & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the week’s highest-priced sale.
