These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Rochester metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, and together they came to $3.492 million. The five homes are in five different towns, Ontario, Spencerport, Pittsford, Penfield and Victor, spread across Wayne, Monroe and Ontario counties.
Four of the five are single-family homes and one is a townhouse, the only new construction on the list. In two of the sales, the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $850,000 · 211 Lake Rd, Ontario, New York

The week’s top sale was also the oldest home on the list and the one with the most land. Built in 1915 on Lake Road in Ontario, the Arts and Crafts home sold for $850,000. It stands on 16.88 wooded acres with 310 feet of frontage on Lake Ontario, and visitors reach it through stone pillars and down a private drive about a quarter mile long.
The living room measures 30 by 25 feet and has a stone fireplace. Paned windows framed in rich wood molding run through the home, and there is a glass-enclosed sunroom as well as a butler’s pantry. The rooms also include a formal dining room, a den, a home office and a kitchen with an island, a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. The home has four bedrooms, two of them on the main level, and four bathrooms, three full and one half. At 5,056 square feet, it has the most living area of the five.
Outside, a stone patio with a fire pit sits beside the lake, and the property has water views and beach access. A separate guest residence of about 1,000 square feet comes with its own shuffleboard court, and a detached four-car garage stands apart from the home. The listing says the home once belonged to Adolph J Rodenback, a judge who served as mayor of the City of Rochester. The property last sold for $550,000 in 2020.
Mark Smith of Cornerstone Realty Associates was on both sides of the sale, as the listing agent and as the buyer’s agent, for the highest-priced home sale of the week.
