No. 1 — $1,826,899 · 4212 Stonebridge Dr, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

The week’s top sale was for a home that had not yet been built. The property at 4212 Stonebridge Drive sold for $1,826,899 in The Cottages at Old Saucon, a 55-plus community of 80 homes beside the Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem.
