A remodeled home on acreage led the week, ahead of a Bellshire home with a pool and workshop and three newly built homes.

These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Clarksville, Tennessee metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $4.27 million. All five homes are in Clarksville, in Montgomery County, and prices ran from $665,000 to $1,010,000.

New construction made up most of the list. Three of the five homes were completed this year, and two of those are on Royal View Way in Wofford Estates. The other two are older: a remodeled home on acreage and a Bellshire home built in 2022.

No. 1 — $1,010,000 · 960 Old Mack Rd, Clarksville, Tennessee

The top sale of the week was a brick home on Old Mack Road that sold for $1,010,000. Built in 2006, it is the oldest of the five homes, and it also has the most living space, at 4,876 square feet, and the largest lot, at three acres.

A remodel brought new hardwood floors and a full redesign of the kitchen and the primary suite. The eat-in kitchen centers on a 9-by-4-foot island and a 48-inch gas range with double ovens, and tall windows bring in plenty of light. All four bedrooms are on the main floor, and the home has four full baths and a half bath. Upstairs are three large flex rooms, plus another big space over the three-car garage, with room for a gym, a studio, an office or more bedrooms.

Outside, there are covered porches at the front and back and a large patio that looks out over the hilltop setting. The property is on a quiet road and has no homeowners association. It includes a fenced garden area, and a new generator that powers the whole home draws on a propane tank of 500 gallons set in the ground. The property last sold for $699,000 in 2023.

The home sold for $35,000 above its asking price of $975,000. Nikki Grandy of Century 21 Platinum Properties was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the week’s highest-priced sale.

In the living room, built-ins stand on either side of the electric fireplace. The kitchen has cabinets that reach the ceiling, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry tucked out of sight. The primary bath has a stand-alone soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower, custom tile flooring and a double vanity topped in quartz. The two-story home has 3,247 square feet, four bedrooms on the main level, four full baths and a half bath, and a side-entry three-car garage.

Upstairs, a large bonus room with a half bath could become a media room or a gym, or later a fourth bedroom, and the septic system is already sized for four bedrooms. The home has 3,050 square feet, three full baths and two half baths, and a two-car garage. Outside, the 1.01-acre lot has a front porch and a large back deck. The property last sold for $125,000 in 2025, before the current home was built.
