
These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Fort Collins, Colorado metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together the five sold for $10.02 million. Four of the homes are in Fort Collins and one is in Loveland, all of them in Larimer County.
The group runs from open country to the heart of town. Three of the sales came with land measured in acres, two of them set up for horses, while the other two are close-in city homes, one of them a three-story townhouse finished in 2017 and the other built more than a century earlier.
No. 1 — $4,390,000 · 6864 Silver Mist Ln, Fort Collins, Colorado

The most expensive sale of the week was also the biggest home on the list. The property at 6864 Silver Mist Lane, in the Fossil Creek Reservoir neighborhood of Fort Collins, sold for $4,390,000. Built in 2005, the two-story home has 12,474 square feet of living space, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the most bathrooms of any home in this Top 5, and it sits on 9.25 acres, the largest lot of the five.
The exterior combines stone, stucco and frame construction. The basement is partly finished, and an attached, heated garage has space for six cars, with oversized bays and doors taller than eight feet. The property last sold for $345,000 in 2003, before the current house was built.

The home at 117 North Mack Street, in the Morger-Smith neighborhood of Fort Collins, was built in 1898 and renovated extensively in 2010, when it also received new windows and major system updates.
A covered porch faces the street, and inside, dormers, built-ins and hickory floors keep the character of the original home.
