The villa at the center of Stove Prairie Ranch was built in 2007 out of full-thickness concrete block faced with granite quarried on the property, its walls more than two feet thick and a Roman mosaic dated at roughly 2,000 years old set into the foyer. The $5,871,900 sale of the Bellvue ranch was one of five reported home sales in the Fort Collins, Colorado metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that totaled $9.96 million.

Below it, a five-acre custom home in Scenic Ranch Estates changed hands, along with a newly built Toll Brothers house in Timnath and a pair of Estes Park properties that closed a day apart, one a 1926 cabin in High Drive Heights and the other a single-level 1982 house in Carriage Hills. Land runs through the week’s list: every sale outside Timnath came with at least an acre, and the Bellvue ranch carries roughly 155.
