The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $5.919 million. Each sale was in a different town: Hummelstown, Harrisburg, Enola, Hershey and Mechanicsburg. Three were in Dauphin County and two in Cumberland County.
Prices ran from $944,000 to $1,630,000, and the group takes in an in-town home in Hershey, a country property outside Harrisburg and three homes in established neighborhoods.
No. 1 — $1,630,000 · 114 Jillian Way, Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

The week’s top sale is also the newest and the largest home in the group. The contemporary home at 114 Jillian Way, in the Farm Crest neighborhood of Hummelstown, was built in 2024 on 1.67 acres and sold for $1,630,000. It has 6,839 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half.
Height sets the tone inside. A vaulted ceiling rises over the entry, and in the family room a custom stucco fireplace runs up through two stories. The open-riser staircase is set off by a stone wall that climbs three stories. In the open kitchen, the appliances are hidden behind custom panels so they read as furniture, an artisan range hood is the centerpiece, and the window looks out over a golf course. The home also has a home office with built-in shelving and tall arched windows, and a mudroom with built-in lockers.
The primary bedroom is on the first level. Its bath has a jetted tub and a wet room fitted with massage jets, and each of its two walk-in closets has its own washer and dryer. The second level has four more bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings; the fifth bedroom, with a built-in play set, can double as a recreation room or a second office.
Out back, a covered patio has its own vaulted ceiling and an outdoor television, and a pass-through window links an outdoor bar with the dining bar inside. Mature plantings and tall fencing enclose the backyard. Copper gutters, downspouts and accent roofing trim the exterior, the attached four-car garage has French glass doors, and the unfinished lower level walks out to the yard by stone steps. The home is in the Lower Dauphin School District, close to Hershey Medical Center and the local airport. The property last sold for $245,000 in 2023, before the current home was built.
Sally Copeland of Coldwell Banker Realty was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale. It is one of two listings Copeland has in this Top 5, along with the Hershey home at No. 4.

Built in 1993, the home pairs a traditional plan with the feel of a lodge, with exposed beams and woodwork in its rooms and panoramic views of the mountains.
