A newly built home in Oak Ridge led the week, with the rest of the list spread across Summerfield, Greensboro and a second Oak Ridge neighborhood.

Greensboro-High Point, North Carolina Top 5 Home Sales: New Oak Ridge Home Leads at $1.5 Million

Five home sales in the Greensboro-High Point area added up to $5.16 million in the week ending October 4, 2026. They were the highest-priced home sales reported for the period.

Two of the homes were in Oak Ridge, two in Greensboro and one in Summerfield. Four were single-family homes and one was a townhouse, and Guilford County accounted for four of the five sales.

No. 1 — $1,465,000 · 7619 Pemberley Dr, Oak Ridge, North Carolina

The top sale of the week was also its newest home. The two-story home at 7619 Pemberley Drive in Pemberley Estates At Oak Ridge was built in 2025 and sold for $1,465,000 as new construction. With 4,554 square feet, it is the largest home in this Top 5, and it has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half, on a lot of 1.44 acres.

The exterior combines brick and stone with vinyl siding, and there is a porch. Inside, the floors are wood, tile and carpet. The great room has a fireplace, and there is a second one outside. The kitchen has an island and a pantry, and an attached three-car garage faces the side. The property last sold for $125,000 in 2023, before the current home was built.

At 203 Bobcat Road in Summerfield, the land comes first. The property covers 5.17 acres, the largest lot in this Top 5 and the only sale of the group in Rockingham County. The ground is cleared and level, horses are allowed, and a 50-by-45-foot building has a driveway of its own.

The two-story home was built in 2013 of brick and stone, with a covered porch at the front and another at the back. In the living room, a rock fireplace has gas logs. The kitchen has granite countertops, two pantries and a bar for casual meals. Custom cabinets and quartz counters fit out the laundry room, which also includes a dog-washing station.

The home went under contract the day after it was listed and sold for $860,000, $10,000 above its asking price of $850,000. Its single main floor sits above a finished walkout basement, for 3,870 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms on 0.93 acres. The property last sold for $473,000 in 2016.

Vaulted ceilings run across the main floor. In the kitchen, a large breakfast bar opens to the family room, and a sunroom looks out over the grounds. The primary bedroom has a gas-log fireplace, and the suite adds a sitting room and a remodeled bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Two other bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Downstairs, the lower level has the fourth bedroom, a full bath and a bonus room, and the home also has a wet bar and a walk-up attic.
