Colorado Springs, Colorado Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: A $2.2 Million Horse Property in Colorado Springs Leads the Week

These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Colorado Springs, Colorado metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $8.51 million. Four of the homes are in Colorado Springs and one is in Monument, all of them in El Paso County.

Four are single-family homes and one is a townhouse. The list moves from horse country and pine forest to a lake community and a gated golf neighborhood, and much of what sets these homes apart is outside: the land, the outbuildings and the views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.

No. 1 — $2,165,000 · 3572 White Bear Pt, Colorado Springs, Colorado

The week’s top sale is a horse property on 13.37 acres in a private valley in Colorado Springs. The land has hillside, meadow and wooded ground, it is zoned for two or more horses, and the property sits on a cul-de-sac with an electric gate. Views from the property are panoramic and take in the mountains.

The ranch-style home was built in 1981 and has six bedrooms, three baths and 5,140 square feet, finished outside in stone and stucco. The primary suite is on the main level, with a fireplace, a sitting area, a custom closet and a walk-out to the grounds. Its five-piece bath has a jetted tub, a steam shower and radiant heated floors. Two more bedrooms are on the main level. The kitchen has a glass island, craftsman cabinetry, commercial stainless appliances and a dumbwaiter.

The walk-out basement is built for gatherings, with a large wood bar, a wood-burning stove and room for a pool table. It also has an office with mountain views and three more bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings rise over an open plan centered on a stone fireplace, and a sound system runs through the whole home. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, double ovens, quartz counters, a farmhouse sink and a breakfast bar, and the dining area opens straight onto the deck. The owner’s suite is on the main level, with deck access, a walk-in closet that connects to the bath, and a five-piece bath with heated tile floors and a freestanding soaking tub. The main level also has a second bedroom with a full bath and an office with its own exterior door.

The walkout lower level has 9-foot ceilings and two bedroom suites, each with a private bath, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. An unfinished area there could become a fifth bedroom and is already plumbed for a bath. Outside, patios and decks on two levels overlook the lake, and there is an oversized three-car garage. The property last sold for $1.1 million in 2020.

The kitchen was redesigned around a walnut countertop, with custom cabinetry, a beverage center, a wine fridge and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. A dining area leads into the great room, which has a fireplace and large windows facing the mountains and walks out to a large covered patio. The stairs were opened and widened and given a wrought-iron railing, and the main level has new and refinished hardwood floors.

The home has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,397 square feet on an 8,415-square-foot lot. Each bedroom has its own bath, and two are primary suites. The upper-level suite has a fireplace, a spa-style bath and a walk-in closet, while the main-level suite has windows on two walls. An oversized two-car garage has new pull-down stairs to the attic. The property last sold for $1.1 million in 2024.
