Las Vegas, Nevada Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: An $11.25 Million Palisades Estate in Henderson Leads the Week

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Las Vegas metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, totaled $27.5 million. Two of the homes are in Henderson and three are in Las Vegas, and all five are in Clark County.

The group spans more than six decades of building in the valley, from a 1962 single-story home near downtown to a newly built home in Summerlin South. Three of the five are single-story homes, and the two largest sales went to estates in guard-gated Henderson communities.

No. 1 — $11,250,000 · 472 Saint Moritz Dr, Henderson, Nevada

Top home sale No. 1 in the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area β€” 472 Saint Moritz Dr, Henderson, Nevada, week ending October 4, 2026

The top sale of the week was a custom single-story estate in the Palisades neighborhood of Henderson, which sold for $11,250,000. The home sits on an elevated 1.30-acre lot, the largest in this group, with views across the Las Vegas valley, the Strip, the city lights and the mountains. A private gate opens to the entry, where a waterfall feature greets arrivals, and the garage, with space for 14 cars, was built to take a full-size RV.

Built in 2015, the home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 9,995 square feet. A domed ceiling rises over the living and dining rooms, while the family room and the kitchen are placed to take in the valley views. Floors are marble and carpet, and gas fireplaces warm the great room, the family room and the primary bedroom. The primary suite has a stone-finished bath and a custom walk-in closet, and each of the other bedrooms has a bath of its own. Below the main floor, a finished basement has a theater room, a bar and a lounge.

Out back, an infinity-edge pool is joined by a spa, a waterfall and a grotto, with covered patios, a courtyard and a built-in barbecue for entertaining. The gated, guard-staffed community has a country club and golf course, a clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts and a jogging path. The property last sold for $8.5 million in 2022.

Mark L. Frye of Serhant was the listing agent for the week’s No. 1 sale, and Nathan Strager of Virtue Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Frye also represented the buyer in the second-ranked sale.

No. 2 — $6,200,000 · 586 Lairmont Pl, Henderson, Nevada

Top home sale No. 2 in the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area β€” 586 Lairmont Pl, Henderson, Nevada, week ending October 4, 2026

At 13,164 square feet, the No. 2 home is the largest in this Top 5. The two-story home, built in 2009 in Henderson’s MacDonald Ranch neighborhood, sits on a 0.68-acre lot along the ninth hole of the Dragon Ridge Golf Course, inside a guard-gated community with a country club. It sold for $6,200,000.

The home has six bedrooms, including two primary suites, and 10 bathrooms. An elevator reaches every level, and hardwood, marble and tile run through the rooms. The views are the draw on top: a rooftop deck looks out to the McCullough Mountains and the Strip. Below ground, a subterranean garage with room for 12 cars was fully remodeled in 2016, and it includes a golf cart garage and electric vehicle charging.

A detached casita adds guest quarters, along with a gym with a wet sauna. The grounds have a heated pool and spa, a deck, a balcony and a dog run. The property last sold for $4 million in 2017.

Anthony Spiegel of Lusso Residential Sales & Inv was the listing agent. Frye, who listed the week’s top sale, represented the buyer, giving Frye a part in both of the week’s two highest-priced sales.

Top home sale No. 3 in the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area β€” 561 Bonita Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada, week ending October 4, 2026

The oldest and smallest home in this group is a 1962 mid-century single-story home in Huntridge, one of the city’s historic neighborhoods, and it sold for $3,500,000. Unusually for the valley, the 7,840-square-foot lot has green lawns of real grass in both the front and back yards, and the home has no homeowners association.

Inside, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,449 square feet. The kitchen stands out for its stained-glass cabinetry and a pass-through window that looks onto the yard, and a gas fireplace anchors the living room. The primary bathroom has been remodeled.

The backyard has room for entertaining and a storage shed, and the two-car garage is joined by an oversized driveway. The home has a direct view of the Strat tower, along with views of the Strip, the city and the mountains, and it sits within minutes of the Arts District and downtown Las Vegas.

Ben Correa of Real Broker LLC was the listing agent, and Griselda Favela of United Realty Group represented the buyer.

In the gated Tioga Estates neighborhood of Las Vegas, a custom two-story home built in 2019 sold for $3,300,000 after going under contract five days after it was listed. The home has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms (six full and two half) and 8,999 square feet on a 0.46-acre lot with mountain views.

Venetian plaster on the walls and ceilings, chandeliers and LED accent lighting set the tone inside. The kitchen has commercial Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry and a walk-in pantry. On the main floor, the primary suite has a fireplace, a spa-style bath and a custom closet with its own washer and dryer, and two dens can serve as an office or a fitness room.
