34 Grand Corniche Drive sold for $6,400,000 and closed on September 17, 2026, the highest reported price in the metro area for the week. The 2007 residence rises three stories behind the guard gates of SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, with a reported 9,781 square feet, five bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and whole-home automation.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and disappearing glass doors open the interior to the lake and the SouthShore golf course. Listing materials identify a private executive office, a fitness studio, a home theater, a wine cellar and a wet bar among the amenities on the estate’s levels, along with a spa that includes a Jacuzzi and a dry sauna.
