Four of the week's five priciest homes sold in Palm Beach County, from a 1925 Mediterranean Revival home in Palm Beach to two newly built waterfront homes.

Miami, Florida Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Manalapan Oceanfront Estate Leads at $83.2 Million

The highest-priced home sales reported in the Miami metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $156.7 million. Palm Beach County accounted for four of the five, with two in Palm Beach and one each in Manalapan and Lantana, while the fifth was in North Miami in Miami-Dade County.

The group spans a century of building. The oldest home dates to 1925, and two were completed in 2026 as new construction. Every one is a single-family home with at least six bedrooms.

No. 1 — $83,200,000 · 1370 S Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Florida

Top home sale No. 1 in the Miami, Florida metro area β€” 1370 S Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Florida, week ending October 4, 2026

A Balinese-inspired modern estate on 2.83 acres in Manalapan sold for $83,200,000, the top price of the week. The property reaches from the ocean to the lake, with more than 300 feet of water frontage, a seawall and a private deep-water dock that gives boats a route to the ocean through several inlets.

Built in 1972 and completely reimagined in 2015, the home has nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms (11 full and five half) and 29,485 square feet of living space, the most bedrooms, bathrooms and living area in this Top 5. Seven of the suites are on the ocean, and two are garden suites for guests. Marc-Michaels Interior Design did the interiors, and the home sold fully furnished. Windows rising 30 feet from floor to ceiling fill both the formal living room and the family room.

There is a library, a wine room, game rooms, a movie room and an office looking out to the ocean, along with a wing given over to wellness, with a gym, a massage room, a rain shower and a yoga terrace on the ocean side. Outside are a saltwater pool with waterfalls and a waterslide, an oversized spa, an outdoor kitchen, loggias, a cabana, a guest house and tropical landscaping. The property last sold for $40 million in 2017.

The oldest home in this week’s Top 5 is a 1925 Mediterranean Revival residence on Brazilian Avenue in the Royal Park neighborhood of Palm Beach, an ocean-block address moments from the beach and Worth Avenue. It sold for $21,500,000.

The home was refreshed inside and out, with new interiors and all-new landscaping. The great room is 33 feet long, with a fireplace and 10-foot ceilings. A library that doubles as an office, a formal dining room and a newly designed family room with a breakfast area round out the main living spaces, and the kitchen has a marble-topped custom island and a Lacanche range. French doors lead out to covered terraces of coquina stone overlooking the heated saltwater pool. The home also has curved staircases, light oak floors and an elevator, and the primary suite has its own marble fireplace.

There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in all, including six full baths and two half baths, in 4,955 square feet on a 0.29-acre lot, the smallest lot in the group. The guest house has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen and a breakfast room with a built-in banquette, and it links to the garage by way of a fitness area and a large laundry room. Privacy walls and an electric gate enclose the grounds, which also have an outdoor shower and two electric vehicle chargers. The property last sold for $16 million in 2022.

A stone facade leads into rooms finished with imported stone, custom millwork and European oak floors. Cooks have a chef’s kitchen and a separate butler’s kitchen, and there is also a wine room and an elevator. The seven bedrooms include staff quarters, and the home has nine bathrooms (seven full and two half), 7,923 square feet of living space and a three-car garage on a 0.32-acre lot. It sold furnished with pieces from Minotti, Baxter and other makers.

The primary suite is on the main level, with a sitting area, a soaking tub and a separate shower, and a bath opens directly to the pool. The property last sold for $3 million in 2022, before the current home was built.
