An Oro Valley house in the guard-gated Stone Canyon golf community sold for $1.52 million to lead five reported home sales in the Tucson metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026.

Tucson, Arizona Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $1.52 Million Oro Valley Closing Heads the Week

The three-bedroom house on North Stone Gate Place was finished in 2007 on an elevated lot that looks across open space toward the Catalina Mountains, and its $1,525,000 sale on September 21 stood at the head of a week in which the Tucson area’s five highest reported home sales combined for $6.28 million.

The other four closings ran through central and eastern Tucson and its foothills: a 1937 walled compound of separate residences in Blenman-Elm, a 1973 Southwestern hacienda in the Catalina Foothills, a 1992 house with a three-stall horse setup in Tanque Verde and a 2024 build on Rocky Road. Long Realty held the listing side on the Oro Valley leader, the Catalina Foothills hacienda and the Rocky Road sale.

The 2007 residence at 13941 N Stone Gate Pl holds three bedrooms, four baths and a reported 3,180 square feet, and the sale carries a September 21, 2026 closing date. The property previously changed hands for $960,000 in 2021.

High ceilings framed in real wood beams, travertine floors and stone-faced fireplaces run through the interior, and walls of glass bring the site’s mountain and open-space views indoors. The kitchen is fitted with granite counters, a gas cooktop with a hood, under-cabinet lighting, drawer storage, a drinks refrigerator and newer stainless-steel appliances, and a bar area with a wine refrigerator has been added. The bedroom plan pairs a primary suite with two guest suites.

Barbara C Bardach of Long Realty carried the listing side of the metro area’s highest-priced reported sale of the week, and RealtyWire’s records hold one earlier Tucson-area Top 5 sale for her. Alicia Marie Pastore of Real Broker represented the buyer.
