Savannah, Georgia Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: 1930 Ardsley Park Home Tops the Week at $1.73 Million

The six-bedroom residence at 3410 Abercorn Street, in Ardsley Park’s McKenna Ward, looks out over Vetsburg Park from a corner lot and previously changed hands for $1,400,000 in 2022. It was one of five reported home sales in the Savannah metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026, which together came to $4.67 million.

The week’s five closings reach McKenna Ward, Ardsley Park, Georgetown, Pooler and Tybee Island, and their build years run from 1912 to 2016. Behind the Abercorn Street closing, the Savannah real estate list runs from a riverfront property with dockage on the Grove River to a golf-community house in Pooler and an island townhome.

A circa-1930 house at 3410 Abercorn Street sold for $1,725,000 on September 22, 2026, the highest-priced home sale reported in the Savannah metro area for the week. The six-bedroom property stands on a corner lot in the McKenna Ward section of Ardsley Park and carries a reported 6,932 square feet.

A striking staircase anchors the light-filled foyer, and hardwood floors and period architectural detail run through the house. The living room and the dining room each have a fireplace, and a sunroom and a flexible bonus room add to the ground-floor plan.
