Madison, Wisconsin Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Pheasant Point Home Tops the Week at $1.10 Million

The 1996 house on Caribou Road, which previously changed hands for $895,000 in 2025, carries a remodeled kitchen, a wet bar and a fully fenced 0.72-acre yard behind mature trees. Its $1.10 million closing topped the five highest-priced reported home sales in the Madison, Wisconsin metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026, a group that combined for $5.00 million.

The five sales span Pheasant Point, Hawks Landing, West Lawn, Belleville and Barneveld. The No. 1 and No. 2 closings both landed in Verona; the No. 3 sale is a 1924 house inside the city of Madison; and the No. 4 and No. 5 properties are country places on acreage, one of them a pair of connected dome homes.
