The house at 6612 Pawnee Cir stands on a fenced one-acre lot with a heated in-ground pool, a covered deck and an outdoor kitchen completed in 2026, and it closed at its full asking price.

The five highest-priced home sales reported across the metro for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026 combined for $4.89 million, and they reach well past the city limits: Ponca Hills Estates in Omaha, Cottonwood Creek Estates in Blair, Windgate Ranch Two and Ranch View Estates in Elkhorn, and an acreage west of Gretna. The oldest of the group was built in 1973, the newest in 2022.

The primary suite adds a sitting area with a second fireplace and two walk-in closets, and the walkout basement includes a workout room.
