The estate at 252 River Road spreads five separate structures across 9.31 acres in Deep River, among them a main residence rebuilt in 2012, a billiards house that doubles as a guest residence, a pool house and an upper dwelling with its own gated entrance. The five-bedroom property carries a reported 7,697 square feet and had previously changed hands for $625,000 in 1992, before the current residence was completed in 2012.

That closing, recorded September 22, 2026, leads five reported sales totaling $11.29 million for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026. West Hartford, Avon and South Glastonbury supplied the rest of the list, with Avon appearing more than once. The oldest of the five houses was built in 1973 and the newest in 2021.
