Hartford, Connecticut Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Canton Colonial on 3.5 Acres Sells for $1.90 Million

The house at 58 High Valley Drive in Canton went under contract 11 days after the current listing date, then closed $75,000 above its final asking price of $1,825,000 to finish at $1.90 million. It led five reported home sales in the Hartford, Connecticut metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that accounted for $6.77 million.

West Hartford holds both the No. 2 and No. 5 positions, each a colonial built in 1921, and the Connecticut shoreline accounts for the No. 3 and No. 4 sales, at Sols Point in Clinton and Grove Beach Point in Westbrook.
