A 2025-built house at 5074 Arabella Cir, four stories tall with an elevator reaching every floor and a rooftop patio above, took the week’s highest reported price at $1,375,000. Prices on the metro area’s list ran from $1,000,000 up to that figure, and the five sales combined for $5.87 million.

The group takes in Arabella at Summit Park, Hamilton, Loveland, Hyde Park and Old Orchard Estate. Its houses were built as early as 1928 and as recently as 2025, and the properties run from a park-side new build to acreages carrying a pond, a pole barn, a cabin, an in-ground pool and a four-stall equestrian barn.
