An eight-bedroom house on 2.67 acres in Black Forest, built in 2021 with an attached guest apartment, a spa and gym wing and seven-car garage space, sold for $2,130,000 at 6720 Jicarilla Drive. The sale led five reported home sales in the Colorado Springs metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, which together closed for a combined $7.45 million.

Two of the week’s closings were in Monument, both on properties that look onto Kings Deer Golf Course; the others were in Apache Woods, the Broadmoor area and the Cordera community in Briargate. The oldest of the five is a 1999 Parade of Homes property, and the newest was finished this year.
